An interesting new study by Bill Campbell and colleagues has come out comparing lower to higher protein intakes in aspiring female physique competitors (1).

The purpose of this paper was to see if any differences would occur between a low protein group (no more than 1.2 g/kg of bodyweight) compared to a very high protein group (2.4+ g/kg of bodyweight). [Read more…]

Probably one of the biggest questions that lifters ask is whether it’s possible to build muscle while losing fat at the same time.
